Assembly — Once the chair is placed in its final location, assembly is straightforward. Just follow the instructions. It took me about an hour, but it could be faster with experience.
Build quality — The chair feels very sturdy and well-made, and it seems like it will last for a long time.

I would probably deduct half a star because it doesn’t massage my shoulders and neck as effectively as other areas, likely because I am slim and not very tall.
